This portal is an initiative of the International Intelligence and Security Forum . The Portal's goal is to provide a window on intelligence management as it is practiced around the globe. It has four objectives:

• consolidate knowledge
• develop understanding
• build new relations, structures, processes and capabilities
• advocate forward thinking and promote debate and dialogue
